Today, on International Music Day, the Theatre and Music Museum is open for free visits, and at 4 pm in the museum's Süda Hall, Helen Västrik (violin) and Anu Randma (piano) will perform, followed by Veronika Portsmuth's Chamber Choir at 5:30 pm.
Music Month brings a variety of events dedicated to music and musicians to those interested. There will be a presentation of the book "Totmise kaasteelised," dedicated to Veljo Tormis' correspondence, Einike Leppik will talk about everyday music therapy, and a themed evening awaits on the fate of musicians who fled to the West in 1944. In addition, concerts will be held, and already this Sunday, October 6th, a family day dedicated to music will take place at the Theatre and Music Museum.
